Return Period

You have the right to return products purchased from Squibronyx within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws. The return period begins on the day you receive the goods.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To return a product, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • The product must not have been damaged due to misuse or negligence

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning a product because it is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items to ensure they reach us safely. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping unless we have arranged the return ourselves.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@squibronyx.cv or through our contact form to notify us of your intention to return the product
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number
  4. Package the product securely in its original packaging, if possible
  5. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt
  6. Ship the product to the address we provide
  7. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund

Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return after you have shipped it.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or burned
  • Items that are not in their original condition or packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Products that have been personalized or customized
  • Gift cards or promotional items, unless required by law

General Legal Requirements

This return policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom. Under UK consumer law, you have the right to:

  • Return faulty or misdescribed goods within a reasonable time
  • Receive a full refund for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose
  • Cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (distance selling regulations)

These statutory rights are not affected by this return policy.

Order Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the product is dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has been dispatched, you may still cancel it, but you will be responsible for returning the product to us in accordance with our return policy. If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, you must return the product within 14 days of receiving it.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time to process.

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you paid by another method, we will refund using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that we may deduct from your refund the cost of any damage to the product that occurred while it was in your possession, if the product is not returned in its original condition.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the item you would like. We will process your refund for the returned item separately.
